The Neighborhood Churches Internship is a 10-week immersive experience for men and women who want to grow in gospel ministry and explore a call to serving in urban ministry in New England.

Interns live in community, receive focused ministry training, and spend significant time serving in real neighborhoods. Throughout the spring, summer, or fall, you’ll share life with others through weekly Community Groups and one-to-one discipleship, learn through classroom intensives focused on mission and church life, and actively participate in ministry throughout the week.

The internship concludes with a final project designed to help you understand a neighborhood, assess real needs, and reflect on how God may be leading you to serve in the future.

If you want to deepen your faith, gain hands-on ministry experience, and explore what it means to live on mission in the city, we invite you to consider applying for a Neighborhood Churches Internship.
