Our vision is to raise up ministry workers from the streets to the pews—and from the pews to the pulpit. Whether you’re native to New England or relocating to serve here, we invest deeply in leaders who will labor faithfully for years to come.

Our three-year Church Planting Residency is designed to form the whole pastor. Residents receive theological training, hands-on ministry experience, and close mentorship from seasoned leaders while actively serving in the life of a local church.

This isn’t just an internship—it’s a relational apprenticeship. Rather than learning ministry in isolation or through trial and error, residents are formed in community, gaining the wisdom, character, and competencies needed to plant and shepherd healthy churches in New England neighborhoods.
